player stuck with a tent (feature)

Description With all of the other residents getting huts and such, it feels strange that the player is stuck with a tent. Perhaps you can upgrade your residence to increase the stamina generation of resting, or something similar?

Maybe you could rest faster (though that may be a little overpowered).
