Pan with Orthographic Projection Mode in 3D Viewer

Describe the bug. What happened?

Hi,

I am using latest master code, here is how I reproduce this issue:

1. Open any series
2. Open 3D viewer by clicking the button on toolbar
3. Set left mouse button to Pan
4. Click "Orthographic Projection" button on toolbar
5. Use left mouse button to drag the 3D body

And the body will move farther than the mouse cursor.

What version of Weasis are you running?

latest master
