Simplify sending KOs and PRs to PACS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great to have a quick way to save Key Object and Presentation State objects to a remote PACS.

Describe the solution you'd like Currently, my users, after defining KOs and annotations (measurements, texts, etc.) must go to File -> Export -> Dicom -> Dicom Send, and uncheck all objects but those marked as new, then Export and Close.

It would be very nice to have a button, or shortcut to Save those new objects to the default Storage node.
