HEAT detonation bug

Minor bug I noticed but HEAT when detonating, it can clip the first prop it hits, I adjusted the start trace variable in the ammo to fix it on my end by adding a minimum distance of 20u+what it is now. I do not know specifically what circumstances this occurs in however I imagine it occurs on faster heat jet ammo. In the debug it showed that a shell detonated but did not actually score an actual penetration and ghosted through the prop it detonated on.
