TCL/TK GUI desktop shortcuts not working on Ubuntu 21.04

Will test, works on clean fedora 35. Tk is installed as default on Ubuntu 21.04 but TCL is potentially not.

Apparently the GUIs work when launched from the command line, it's only the desktop shortcuts that are problematic.

I had success moving the icons to ~/.local/share/applications Source Ref Stack Exchange

Is it time to modify the installer to do this too. Theres been a lot of monkeying with the default purpose and behavior of the desktop over the last couple years.

Apparently the Free Desktop Foundation has a formal standard now. I think we should update to align
