Support batch conversion between word statuses

Story

• As a normal user, when reading articles I can convert all words on a page of a particular status to another status in one click, so that I can have a convenient way to manage my word status data in an article by being able to change many statuses at once.

The server currently supports this, but in the frontend the user can only change all new words in a page to known right now
