Looks like 400 housing units were allocated to the block centroid.... why?!?! 
Notice that there are 33,544 housing units in 2020 in the income groups 4 and 5, but only 18,410 housing units in 2010. The total number of housing units increased...

It looks like the HUI code runs by county 1. pyncoda\ncoda_07a_generate_hui.py - generate_hui_v2_for_incore - loops over county and then combines all of the county data into one HUI 2. pyncoda\ncoda_07i_process_communities.py...

 there was an error in the add_P12age_groups function but it looks like the issue is with the histogram plot
Consider using National Structure Inventory - created a new folder in Source Data. Ideally a mix of OSM and NSI would be great.
