[BUG] https://docs.npmjs.com/adding-collaborators-to-private-packages-owned-by-a-user-account seems incorrect

  1. Section "Granting access to a private user package on the web" - the documentation references 'Collaborators' but this is actually 'maintainers' on the current site.

  2. Documentation states "The user you want to add as a collaborator on your private package must have a paid user account" - however from my testing this is not correct. I was able to add a non-paying user as a maintainer with no issues
