Detect software updates made outside of Npackd (e.g. Thunderbird)

Win8.1 x64 Npackd 1.25.0.0

TB 60.5.3 detected and 60.6 is offered as update although 60.6.1 is already installed.

Thunderbird, Firefox, Chrome automatically update the binaries. This is not supported yet.
