Is ShopifySharp capable of serialized Inventory?

We want to implement serialized inventory. Is ShopifySharp capable of this? If so, how? Is there anyone used it already?

@nozzlegear, hope you'll be able to answer my question please. I'm considering to use "https://apps.shopify.com/serializer-product-tracking" but are the data be able to capture by ShopifySharp?
