Remove binary build

We should remove this.

Should use https://github.com/krzyzanowskim/OpenSSL for iOS/OSX

but it's using an old version of openssl (1.0.1l) when the latest is 1.0.2.

But i would prefer to use libressl

I'd rather keep the library for now – simply because having it around gives "check out and build" experience. Note that it's not a built nscrypto-cpp but its dependency.
