Support for multiple provisioning profiles

Hello, I see that you started code to implement multiple provisioning profiles but it states that it is not ready yet. Do you have a timeline on this? // throw new Error('Multiple mobile provisionings not yet supported');

Can you check if the new -j option works for you to solve this problem? Sorry for taking that much to take care of this, it took me 1h to get it done. Testing is welcome and i know it's not the ideal way to specify multiple signing options, but the amount of options is quite high and i would appreciate some testing.
