what system are you in (windows version..)?

you need .Net 3.5 installed follow this to install it in windows 10 and 11: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnU62YqK-iw

make sure you use Winpcap: https://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WinPcap_4_1_3.exe not npcap uninstall any older versions and install this one.

you may need to take a look here maybe selfishnet is running in background because of this issue here: https://github.com/nov0caina/SelfishNetV3/issues/27
