Upgrade to incorporate phpseclib 3.x

Thanks for creating this great library first of all, it's neat and powerful! While since our project has already installed phpseclib 3.x, I have to adapt jose-php to work with it. Here are the changes, and all unit tests are happy now. I hope it will help when someone is in the same situation as me.

Thank you both for the great work! I used this fork successfully at my job today when an external service provider switched to requiring RSA-OAEP256.
