Allow new UDL to use existing built-in language as a template

I use the Mustache templating engine with HTML. The HTML Language selection work 98% of the time but it would be great to build on that for my own UDL without having to recreate everything the HTML language does today. If there's a way to use a build-in Language as a template or "inherit" from a built-in, I'm not seeing it.
