Version recomended

hi, i have some issue about python and anaconda version, tight now im using miniconda py37 4.8.3 and the result is not like im expecting, so if someone do and it work without lag/error, could you please tell me or recomend me what version of pyhton or anaconda should i use for this project? thankyou

and one more question, the tutorial not say anithing about installing PyQt5, it say not found module for that, i install it with pip install PyQt5, is that ok or im doing it wrong? please help. thankyou
