Get dimensions by title returns undefined if title has special characters

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the library, I find it it really useful 😁

I'm trying to find the dimensions of a window by its title by using Window.getByTitle(title).getDimensions() and sometimes the library is returning me undefined when the title has characters like 'ñ' despite the window exists with that title.

Do you know if the library accepts characters like 'ñ'?

I'm using it on node v14.17.0.
