Looking for maintainers

Open noirbizarre opened this issue 10 years ago • 8 comments

Hi everyone !

It's been a pleasure to develop and maintain this application for Django. Unfortunately, I can't maintain it anymore, mostly because I'm not using Django anymore and I don't have the time to follow the new versions.

I will very soon migrate this repository here: https://github.com/djangojs

I'm currently looking for maintainers so anyone interested in, please comment here.

I'm running a fork at https://github.com/Lightmatter/django.js - I'd be happy to take a turn maintaining

Hi !

Great ! I'm glad you posted here. I'm going to move Django.js into the Django.js organization this weekend and I will add you as a maintainer.

If you have some suggestion on the migration don't hesitate.

No that sounds great - happy to help out

@noirbizarre sad you're stopping the maintenance!

@gone I'm looking forward to get your branch "fix-deprecation-warning" out so we're up to speed with django 1.9. Let me know if you need help with review.

I wouldn't mind helping out either. It'd be good to get a new PyPI release out.

Following up on this as I use Django.js at work and in personal projects; what's the status on migrating to https://github.com/djangojs and appointing maintainers?

Can I suggest that someone (@noirbizarre / @gone) moves this project to https://jazzband.co/account ?
