Let's discuss what Outreach team can do for the Node.js Community Contributions.

Community contributions goal includes building resources for improving the workflow for existing as well as new open source contributors for the Node.js Foundation. Consistent contribution workflow will help attract more community contributions.

+1 Having clearer processes that can be standardized and customized for our different initiatives, WGs, etc will be super useful 🙌🏽

@keywordnew Glad you agree. Having a consistent workflow around community contributions will only help us attract more open source contributors. Also a better Dev Experience.
