What is the rationale for having the outreach meeting at the same date & time as Cross Project Council Meeting?
Could we discuss the possibility of scheduling the meeting, so they don't overlap?

@GrooveCS I don't schedule the meetings, the automation I set up just runs based on the entries in the Calendar. You'll have to ask the outreach team that.
