[Suggestion] Expand the streams pipeline example to prevent the screen from flickering

An example area is flickering on example switching. All examples consists of 14 lines but only "streams pipeline" have 13 lines. Just add an empty line before a last comment to prevent flickering.

Well, may be flickering is a wrong word. I'm not fluent in english. Let say jumping or shifting. The examples ui block height changing on tabs switching. I think it's bad. Let's make this block height fixed.
