Possibly only show RandomContributor on the Home Page

Description

Currently, the Footer component includes the <RandomContributor /> which displays the Random Contributor on every page. In multiple pages such as blog posts, learn or documentation this doesn't make much sense, as it doesn't add apparent value to the page and it creates layout shift during the rendering of the page.

The resulting element is that the page feels cleaner without the extra Contributor Component. Which could easily be moved to the Home page.
