What steps will reproduce the bug?

Please try to connect to mongoose with the above version of mongoose installed. It's always failing

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?

Everytime.

What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?

Connection to mongoDB should be sucessfull
