Tag page is missing?

I am using this theme for my personal website and I just noticed that all tag related pages (tag cloud and single tags) are not functional.

Furthermore the pages mentioned in previous issues do not seem to be in the repository anymore. How do I fix it?

I had the same problem but when I changed the base URL to have a trailing slash, it worked properly. Maybe the base URL could be changed to / in the template?
