Improve signature verification formatting

yep, ALSO for github packages that DO NOT have signatures, have a big error message and exit the process or maybe skip and LOG errors in the end alerting users...

Make `mmap` in posix_io more configurable?

Also not sure if every write causing remap is ok, maybe we should just stick with 2GB always allocated. Need bench.

Update migrations

Tested migration from v2.1.3 to this branch for `spv`, `full` and `pruned`. All migrated w/o issues.

Add chaindb option for compaction directory.

Yes, this has not been addressed yet.
