Doesn't work at all for me, but would be good to confirm status.

HiglightJump does not work with any SumatraPDF version newer than SumatraPDF-prerelease-12145-64.exe , which was released on 2020-02-14. See https://github.com/nod5/HighlightJump/issues/10#issuecomment-660672809

Ah yes, I did notice that .smx was no longer supported which was what made me think something was up.
