Extra page

I'm not sure if it's Firefox, my print driver, or the extension, but for some reason I keep getting an extra (unneeded) page... no matter how much text is on the actual last page. I'm printing letter size (not A4), but I don't think that should matter. Any suggestions?

This may be because of #11 . I'll update the suggested values soon and you can check if it helps.

I have the same issue with the latest Firefox (65.0.1) and version 3.0.0 of this extension. I changed the desired paper size to Letter.

I also have the same problem as #29 (line numbers only on final page) if they're related.
