Update Wii U Tutorial

the Wii U tutorial currently is a tutorial on how to install Haxchi and/or Mocha. however since January 1 2022 both methods have been outdated and superseded by Tiramisu. this PR would update the tutorial to install Tiramisu instead. I also included a install guide for Aroma (a environment currently in beta). Users should stick to Tiramisu until Aroma's full release since Aroma does not support some homebrew apps and is less stable
