[Feature]: mean vs median recruitment when using SCAA option

On the spawner-recruitment option 4=SCAA . It appears that with this option R0/B0 and future recruitment are based on the geometric mean, while when we set steepness to 1 with the BH they are based on the arithmetic mean.

This should be a user option,
