[Feature]: Stochastic recruitment for N replicate forecasts

It would be good to have a stochastic MSY and BMSY that is created by multiple realizations of stochastic forecasts.

SEFSC already does long forecasts with equil recruitment in order to get benchmark quantities MCMC is already encompassing stochastic future recruitments in forecast, but not to get MSY as average
