Just FYI, they pushed the needed changes in VSCode to allow this to their [2000+ backlog items](https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/milestone/8). So if anyone wants to see this working anytime soon they should fix...

I just realized the apc modifications weren't working. Re-installed, tried to re-enable but same... Still no fix in sight? Any working alternative in the meantime?
