CCG PDF is 404ing

Sorry to ask this, but: what do you mean with PDF? Portable Document Format? The document you are pointing at is an HTML page. On that whole page in the current live version is not a single mention of the phrases "pdf" or links pointing to relevant ressources (search terms were ".org", ".com", ".net", ".io", "www", "http", "ccg", "pdf").

I could also be mistaken that you are reffering to an old version of the page. In this case, sorry, i just want to help keeping this repo cleaner by helping closing issues :bow:
