Local dev server throws an error because of <video> tag

If i were to have a video tag on my page it throws an error i put in video tag src to public folder (path is correct) when i load a page which has a video, it throws an error in console instantly: VITE v6.3.5 ready in 353 ms

Could you please tell me what can be the issue?
