chore: update all dependencies

Hi, thanks for providing this template. I found it useful but noticed the dependencies are behind.

I migrated from html-webpack-inline-source-plugin to react-dev-utils/InlineChunkHtmlPlugin because the former is no longer maintained.

Tested both dev and build modes with Figma - plugin works as expected.
