Allow User-Selected Email Encryption

Add options to v2.0 interface to allow flexibility on email encryption.

Options to be added: None SSL TLS

Note: This is a low priority

No non-ssl smtp server to test with. I have a couple code changes if anyone wants to test, let me know.
