ARM Support for Windows

With the rise of ARM computing, now Microsoft, and Snapdragon with all of their backing companies, that are looking to change the industry starting with the new Snapdragon X series ARM processors. Are there plans or has anyone worked on ARM support?

as of now, we do have support for arm, just not for windows.
