OAuth GitHub authentication

Users of this app should be required to authenticate the app via OAuth, so API requests use their own token and rate limit, rather than sharing one personal access token.

Because only self-starred repositories are shown, users should be limited to viewing their own portfolio. Looking at others' with the self-starring requirement makes other portfolios look generally sparse.
