Sometimes issues in a feed appear after that feed was successfully added. Crawler should correctly log this situation.
Repeatedly attempting to send updates to users who are suspended/have blocked the bot is unnecessary and generates log clutter. Might want to mark user `inactive` until a new update arrives...
