Hotkeys stop working when PC returns from sleep mode

Steps to reproduce: 1- Run phos 2- In settings, set a hotkey for increasing brightness and one for decreasing 3- On Windows Start menu, Suspend the PC 4- Pressing any of the hotkeys shows the value changing on screen but the actual brightness stays the same
