how to create partition emmc from uboot uart?

my emmc BBB has no partition after erase from uboot command, how can I create partition my emmc and copy MLO/u-boot.img after boot u-boot from uart so I can boot from emmc again?

I cannot flash from sdcard, when check my sdcard from uboot with "mmc dev 0" show message "Card did not respond to voltage select!"
