Projector Run in MDA skips first few activations

I get the sense that there first few expected photo activation steps using the “During Imaging” function are skipped. For example if I set up 10 sec intervals in the MDA and start at 8 sec with 3 sec repeats in the during imaging box, the first photo activation occurs at 20 sec, then every 3 secs.
