Finish style for "Files" page

This includes adding another view that looks like an OS folder view, and making the tree view look nicer. This page will hopefully have options to sync certain files or not, and who to share (or not share) them with. In the future it will also include viewers for different file types (such as images, or videos)

To test the files page ATM, have files in serv_dir before starting the server
