Problem with transliteration from Latin to Cyrillic

I call method: var cyrillic = NickBuhro.Translit.Transliteration.LatinToCyrillic("Skorokhodov", Language.Russian); and instead "Скороходов" I get "Скорокhодов" Maybe i do smth with wrong?
