KAWPOW on RX 5700

Are those calculated hashrates normal? According to your website it shows 16.8MH/s but other websites show this card can do 25MH/s+? I have an RX 5700 and right now it is only doing 13MH/s... regardless if it's Optimized or Manually tuned (using OCTuner/MSI Afterburner), I cannot go past 13MH/s.

Anyone with an RX 5700 can verify this with NHQM?
