BIN Import Icon Dislocation

The icon for the BIN Import block is not attached to it's filter graph node.

That's... a really weird one.

I can reproduce it too, although I think it only happens if you don't have the file actually loaded (i.e. there are no outputs)

I think this is related to a known bug in the graph editor caused by nodes that have no inputs or outputs, which I thought we had avoided by never getting in that situation in the first place.

Low priority but I'll look into it when I get a chance. If it's a quick fix I can get to before 0.1.1, great.
