Some old sessions seem to have garbage here, is this due to predating the stream browser or what? can we make them load better?

Seems like this might just be a few specific old sessions from before we had stable IDs for things? Can't reproduce in any current build. Will close and reopen later if it comes back with any session from newer ngscopeclient.
