Native Debian packaging

Would be nice to be able to build binary debian packages etc eventually.

Probably best to use native Debian packaging scripts rather than CPack if we want to upstream eventually.

Proposed packaging schema:

  • glscopeclient:
    • glscopeclient
    • libscopehal
    • libscopeprotocols
    • libgraphwidget
  • glscopeclient-dev
    • dev headers for everything
  • glscopeclient-data
    • shaders, kernels, gradients, etc
