In short, pre-v5.14.5 versions of @tanstack/query-devtools use Google Fonts, which breaks JS execution when using the devtools in air-gapped environments or when the CSP is strict. It will either error out on the Google Fonts request in case of offline usage, or on the CSP not allowing Google Fonts.

I understand that a jump from the current v5.4.2 to the target v5.14.5 is a big one, but I wanted to mention it anyways, since I did not find a related issue/discussion in this repository.
