Side bar sub menus missing again!

Looks like the problem of the missing sidebar submenus is back!

E.g

When you click on Configuration->Applications, you're supposed to get a submenu showing the individual applications. Other items under 'Configuration' should behave similarly.

Not sure what changed that caused the sub-sections missing for the configuration section.

I have not found any differences that would cause it. In the end I am applying a workaround that solves the issue by placing the document in a subfolder.

Will come back to this if necessary, when we have more cycles to spend on it.
