Recommended 5.5V power source

I think it would be great if the tinyCurrent would allow measurement (in rare cases) higher than 1A. With the 5.5V power source, I understood the range would increase up to 2.55A.

However, I wonder what battery I should use to supply 5.5V:

  1. A 1S Li-Pol battery would only go up to 4.2V. A 2S LiPol would be way over the 5.5V limit.
  2. Three AA cells would give 4.5V, and four would provide 6V.

No combination seems to be near the 5.5V. Maybe I am missing some other option.

Also, having a separate battery pack is inconvenient. It would be amazing if a 2S Li-Pol could be connected, and it would be perfect if there were a USB-C port for charging 😊
